COWL is the research arm of Sophia Leadership Group and is where we conduct rigorous and original research. We are so thrilled to launch our first research project, “Wisdom in the workplace,” designed to help us gain a deeper understanding of perspectives of Wisdom in the work-place. Our in-person sessions and speaking engagements draw directly from this deep well of insight, offering professionals and leaders the tools required to lead with Wisdom and the skillsets to use them!
